Hi ,
Thank you for your question.
Did you try to use the different account to check if the issue persist?
Did you try to use the different client to check if the issue persist?
We could login on OWA on Exchange server on Exchange server with the following URL to check if we could logon:
Then check OWA default setting by the following link:
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg247612(v=exchg.150).aspx
We could run the following command to restart IIS to check if the issue persist:
IISReset /NoForce
We could check if there are any errors in application log and send them for our troubleshooting.
If not, we could refer to the following command to rebuild the OWA virtual directory:
Remove-OwaVirtualDirectory ServerName\owa (Default Web Site)
Remove-OwaVirtualDirectory ServerName\owa (exchange back end)
New-OwaVirtualDirectory -InternalUrl https://ServerName/owa -ExternalUrl https://mail. domain.com/owa
New-OwaVirtualDirectory -InternalUrl https://ServerName/owa -ExternalUrl https://mail. domain.com/owa -WebSiteName Exchange Back End
If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.
Best Regard,
Jim
